Fashion Editor, Writer and Stylist,
Mary Cate Smith
A style savvy fashion editor, writer and stylist, I cut my teeth at Irish Tatler magazine and in 6 short months (2015) went from being an editorial intern to a regular contributor with two monthly articles that have developed and grown over the years. Having established and sustained relationships with Ireland’s top publications including Irish Country Mag, The Irish Times, U, Stellar, Woman’s Way and more, my writing style is nothing if not adaptable.
I have an in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, celebrity style and styling advice; my work as a stylist has appeared in many international magazines including Vogue Italia. I have worked with brands on advertorials, sponsored posts and giveaways and generated an extensive contact list and excellent working relationships with PR agencies in Ireland and the UK. I am highly competent across all social media and in the digital marketing sphere.
Self-driven and accomplished, I have created branded content for a variety of businesses from property start-ups to in-flight magazines and alumni publications. Clients include the University of Limerick, Moovingo, Glorious Sushi, Fresh Cuts Clothing and Far from Avocados.

I found Mary to be a pleasure to work with, creating reliable, clean copy always filed on time. She responds well to feedback and gives above and beyond to ensure she delivers first class content in the right tone and to brief. I feel she would excel in any creative and collaborative environment and has also proven to be a valuable freelance contributor with great editorial integrity.”
